Mobile homes are the only home guaranteed to depreciate in value. They are like a car. No investor with half a brain would buy it. You need to market more towards the person who needs it. Mobile homes serve a purpose for those who need them, and that’s not the investor. If this is where your looking to find a buyer this is the wrong place, you need to target low income, or first time home buyers.
