What are My Rights Legally When I have been Scammed Into a Real Estate Deal?

I have good credit and was approached by a mortgage broker i know. We invested in two homes in Florida and he has not made any mortgage payments on the homes since we closed. He probably just wanted to profit from the closings. What are my rights leagally and what can i do to have my name taken off these homes? Ive been scammed and am very irritated. Consult a real estate attorney. It might have to be in Florida, or in your home state. That should be one of the first questions you ask, though.
