A Question for a Fellow Real Estate Agent?

I would keep it permanently. You never know when you may use it again and once you have it cost of keping it is very minimal.
.Well it is good for you to keep it.You may need it in future.If I have one in New York.I will make good use of it.

Keep it, you earned it, why let it slip away? You don’t need to remain a member of the boards and so forth…I know in Ohio we can put our license in escrow…meaning we still have it and have to keep up with the continuing education, but it is not active…..do you have that option?
Besides, you never know when you might receive a referral….this would only help if you are not doing real estate in Fla though.
