Is This Highschool Diploma Accepted in Real Estate?
I just moved to florida and i am very interested in starting a career in Real Estate is something i have always wanted to do... I have research alot of info on getting started to get my state license but my biggest problem is i don't have a High school diploma or Ged ... I search and the fastest one i found is a highschool diploma online that i could take in as little as 2-6 weeks wich is great but my question is... Is this highschool diploma accepted for real estate? There web-adress is www.johnadams-edu.us and they say they are registered with the florida department of education and the florida State Department and that they are accredited.. but i first wanted to ask before paying for there course,
since this is not a traditional diploma.

After reading your answers i decided to go ahead and take it..Oh my god i had no idea how long it would take.. i have spend like 5 hours today on my computer taking the test..My head hurts like crazy..But it was all worth it ..Whooo Hooo..I passed it...I still can't believe it..Wow i am very happy. This was my score -

But i had study for the past 3 weeks that's why i was able to pass it..I guess i never took it because i was scare it was going to be too hard..and i din't know if it would be accepted.. But i am so glad im done with that... Know i have to wait 2 weeks for my diploma and then start studying again..but this time for my real estate course to get my license..I am so exited can't wait..

(1)(a) An applicant for licensure who is a natural person must be at least 18 years of age; hold a high school diploma or its equivalent;
Does not state Florida appoved school. So I would imagine any acreddited H.S. diploma should do.

Yup, ask the state RE commission if that’s acceptable
Whether or not Florida requires a high school diploma or it’s equivalency to take the real estate exam, you should do it for yourself anyway!
