I have good credit and was approached by a mortgage broker i know. We invested in two homes in Florida and he has not made any mortgage payments on the homes since we closed. He probably just wanted to profit from the closings. What are my rights leagally and what can i do to have my name taken off these homes? Ive been scammed and am very irritated.
